Day 1 – Arrival Day in CHAMPAGNE Reims, Montagne de Reims

• Arrive in Paris CDG by early morning flight. Pick up by your English speaking guide that will accompany you throughout the full itinerary
• Drive 165km for about 2 hours to the charming wine region of Champagne.
• Stop for a breakfast at Hautvillers, the hometown of the famous Dom Perignon, a Benedictine monk whose work in wine-making helped to develop champagne. Beautiful view over vineyards.
• Check in and rest in a charming boutique hotel  in the heart of the city next to the Reims Cathedral.
• Explore Reims with your guide that will make you discover its medieval cathedral where the monarchs of France were once crowned and the UNESCO World Heritage listed Basilique Saint Remi as well as some hidden places such as Palais du Tau, the previous Residence where the Kings of France stayed during their coronation and the former Archbishop’s Palace in Reims.
• Lunch in a bistro in Reims
• Drive through Champagne vineyards. Stop and climb at the light house of Verzenay for a beautiful view overlooking the vineyards, and champagne tasting on a terrace or inside the light house (depending on the weather).
• In the late afternoon, enjoy a private visit of Pommery cellar and the Art Deco House
• Light dinner in Reims
• Night at the hotel

Day 2 :  CHAMPAGNE, Epernay

•  Breakfast in hotel
• Private visit in a private Champagne estate, not open to individuals, conducted by the winegrower himself. You’ll enjoy a walk around the castle and in the vineyards. You’ll visit the press and the tank rooms, the caves which are located underneath the Manoir and you’ll have a commented Tasting of 3 different Cuvées of the wine estate. This visit will enable you to understand the different types of grapes, the wine production process, the specificity of champagne pressing, and the journey from the vineyard to the tanks and finally to the bottles.
• Continue to drive South of Epernay to explore the charming villages of Avize and Oger through the vineyards of Côte des Blancs.
• Private lunch in a wine grower house in one of the villages that owns a very elegant and charming restaurant. Feel at home, watch the chef cooking in front of you, and savor home-made dishes with freshly cooked products.
• Then, we drive to Epernay and Avenue de Champagne for a private visit of a beautiful and typical castle located on Avenue de Champagne.
• Visit of Moet Hennessy Cellars located on Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. The oldest cellars of Moet & Chandon estate followed by a tasting of 2 Moet Hennessy flutes.
• Back to Reims for a rest in the hotel.
• 3-course dinner at the bistro restaurant located at Les Crayères hotel and set in a beautiful garden.
• Night at the hotel

Day 3 : CHAMPAGNE / BURGUNDY, Dijon, Beaune

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Head towards Burgundy, approximately 339km (3 hours).
• Stop on the road for a local lunch either in the medieval village of Troyes or in Dijon, the heart of Burgundy.
• Arrival in Beaune early afternoon for a check in a charming boutique and intimate hotel located in the heart of the city that belongs to a local and famous wine grower
• Enjoy a guided visit of Beaune and its Remparts and, of course, its Hospices. They remain the emblem of the town and of Burgundy wine. The main structure houses the Paupers’ room, the chapel, refectory and nuns dormitories
• Back to the hotel for a rest and tasting session of the wine produced by the owner of the hotel
• Dinner in a typical bistro style restaurant located at walking distance from the hotel
• Night at the hotel

DAY 4 : BURGUNDY, Côte de Beaune Wine Road

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Discover Routes des Grands Crus Côte de Beaune by driving through the most prestigious vineyards of the Cote de Beaune from Pommard to Santenay, ending in Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet
• Private visit of Wine Barrel’s factory in Meursault village to learn about the Art of cooperage and its origins conducted by the craftsman himself.
• Lunch on the road in typical bistro
• Stop at an genuine and less known winery of Saint Aubin which offers great value for money wine
• Stop at the Château de Pommard to step into the fascinating world of exceptional wine estates. This jewel in the crown of Burgundy’s wine & tourism welcomes wine, art and gastronomy lovers for a discovery tour. • We’ll drive you back to Beaune for a cheese tasting at the well-known Fromagerie Hess
• Rest at the hotel
• Dinner few kilometres outside Beaune in a small village to appreciate local food in a very pleasant and easy going and small restauran
• Night at the hotel

DAY 4 : BURGUNDY / Côte de Nuits Wine road / PARIS

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Optional: Ballooning flight over the Burgundy region very early morning
• Today we continue with the Route des Grands Crus, visiting Burgundy most prestigious vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, specialized in red wines made predominantly from Pinot Noir, such as Aloxe Corton, Nuits Saint Georges, …
• Private visit of a famous domaine located just next to Romanée Conti that produces exceptional Burgundy wines. You’ll wander in the vineyards with the woman wine grower and learn about her vinification process. You’ll even learn how to taste wine from the barrel
• Private lunch and wine tasting in a winery located in a charming wine village
• Private visit of Clos de Vougeot, a wall-enclosed vineyard with its chateau standing majestically and symbolizing Burgundy’s wine history and excellence and home of the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
• Drive to Paris (2h20) for a late arrival in the City of lights
